Summary

This PR fixes DeprecationWarnings in the unit tests caused by datetime.utcnow(), which is deprecated in Python 3.12.

It updates api/tests/unit_tests/libs/_human_input/test_models.py to use the standard, timezone-aware alternative: datetime.now(timezone.utc).

Changes:

  • Imported timezone from datetime.
  • Replaced 5 instances of datetime.utcnow() with datetime.now(timezone.utc).
