1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing?

Can a function of filtering by document status be added to the knowledge base? Sometimes there are many files in the knowledge base, and it is indicated that some files have failed to be indexed, but it is not possible to quickly locate which files they are. It is inconvenient to perform operations like deletion or re-indexing.

2. Describe the feature you'd like to see

Can a function of filtering by document status be added to the knowledge base?
