I believe this issue may arise from the fact that the model being used for availability checks in api/core/model_runtime/model_provider/anthropic/anthropic.py is claude-instant-1.2, which some platforms no longer provide through the Claude API. It might be worth considering an update to claude-3-5-sonnet or another more recent model to potentially resolve this problem.
