1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

In my company, we exclusively use Azure. To access certain models like the Cohere Reranker, we need to utilize Azure AI Studio Catalog. The absence of Azure AI Studio Catalog as a model provider in Dify is currently a limitation for us.

2. Additional context or comments

"Azure AI Studio Catalog" functions similarly to AWS Sagemaker, which is already supported in Dify. This addition would be a logical extension of the current offerings.

3. Can you help us with this feature?
