Description of the new feature / enhancement

Smaller chunks are better for retrieval but most likely they will not provide a good context. https://python.langchain.com/docs/modules/data_connection/retrievers/parent_document_retriever langchain implemented a new algorhim that will provide good balance

Scenario when this would be used?

Having both good retrieval and good context
