FILE_SIZE_LIMIT is set in the environment variables, rather than being hard-coded.
\dify\web\app\components\base\file-uploader\constants.ts

export const FILE_SIZE_LIMIT = 15 * 1024 * 1024

2. Additional context or comments

It is hoped that FILE_SIZE_LIMIT can be set in the environment variable file: .env.
