1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

In chatbot webapp, the chat window should preferably stay at the beginning of the response, instead of scrolling down automatically along the message being generated. Both ChatGPT and Claude have this behavior. It is easier for user to start reading from the begining of the response.
