Steps to reproduce

I duplicated a new block from an existing block within the iteration. My intention is to use this new block to connect with the existing blocks in the iteration, but it isn’t working as expected. It appears that the duplicated block is outside of the iteration, preventing it from connecting with the blocks within the iteration. Could you please fix this bug to ensure the duplicated block from an existing block within the iteration can connect with the existing blocks inside the iteration?

❌ Actual Behavior

The duplicated block from an existing block within the iteration is outside of the iteration, preventing it from connecting with the blocks within the iteration.
