Provide a description of requested docs changes

Currently, only the Cohere re-rank model is recognized as a re-rank model in the system. However, Tongyi’s GTE-Re-rank model can also serve as a re-rank model. Unfortunately, during knowledge base retrieval, GTE-Re-rank is not identified as a re-rank model, which significantly impacts the experience of users who cannot access Cohere. We kindly request improvements to address this issue!
