1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

Whenever I use the explore dialog, there is too much free space in the two panels. If I shrink the browser, the dialog interface will be very crowded. Is it possible to add a button to shrink to the left?

It would be great if there was a button that allowed this tool to temporarily occupy the entire page so I could focus on using it.

2. Additional context or comments

3. Can you help us with this feature?

  • I am interested in contributing to this feature.

@crazywoola I've finished working on this feature, but I don't have git permission to push, I tried to use the new feat/add-left-folder branch to push, but I still get the error: remote: Permission to langgenius/dify.git denied to dadastory.
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/langgenius/dify.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403. How do I contribute my code?

@yihong0618 Thanks, but this is my first time submitting code, I don't know if it's the right thing to do, it seems like I still need to configure approvers, but I don't see where I can set it.

Hi, @dadastory. I'm Dosu, and I'm helping the Dify team manage their backlog. I'm marking this issue as stale.

Issue Summary:

  • You requested a feature for a left-folding function in the explore dialog.
  • You completed the development but faced permission issues when pushing code.
  • User yihong0618 suggested using a fork and provided a guide for making a pull request.

Next Steps:

  • Is this issue still relevant to the latest version of the Dify repository? If so, please comment to keep the discussion open.
  • Otherwise, this issue will be automatically closed in 15 days.

Thank you for your understanding and contribution!
