1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

I propose adding an Alibaba Cloud ASR model provider interface to dify so that more users can utilize ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) services.

Is this request related to challenges you're currently facing?

Yes, our operations are hosted on Alibaba Cloud, which is why we prefer using Alibaba Cloud's ASR services.

What features do you hope to see?

I hope to see the addition of an Alibaba Cloud provider among the model providers. This would offer speech2text capabilities powered by Alibaba Cloud's ASR speech recognition service. It should include a short phrase recognition API endpoint that accepts a snippet of audio data and instantly returns the transcribed text.

How will this feature improve your workflow/experience?

This feature will enable us to more conveniently use Alibaba Cloud's ASR service, thereby enhancing the efficiency of our sales training bots. It will also eliminate the hassle of switching between different cloud services.

Is there any additional context or comments?

There are no further additions.

Can you assist in implementing this feature?

Yes, I will attempt to implement this feature to assist more community users.

We are migrating tools to our v1.0, so we can not accept new pr for tools and providers for now until v1.0 is released.

Sure, maybe I can implement a version based on 0.13 first, and then submit a PR for v1.0?
