1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

We are trying to gather use feedback using the Dify chatbot, but when they like/dislike a message, we don't see exactly which messages are affected from the UI in the logs and traces. The information seems to be returned by the API, and only needs to be displayed.
