Current Behavior:
The Chat App API currently provides an endpoint to retrieve the conversation list for a specific user.

Proposed Improvement:
Introduce an additional endpoint to retrieve the conversation list for all users.

However, I am wondering if there is a reason why the user ID is mandatory... maybe there is a reason behind this.
The point is, if there is a reason or not, I need this for an app I am working on and if I can not get this in the original API, I should develop an API and connect to DB and extract that data myself.
