1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

As the knowledge is used in chat-flows / agents every query is logged in the "retrieval testing" with source: "app"
The database is bound to infinitely increase in size if every query is persisted
An option to delete the data would be appreciated. Even better if it could be set as a scheduled maintenance action

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
