Steps to reproduce

After the agent was deployed by embedding it into a web page and integrated into our self-developed system, the initial conversation works fine. However, clicking to refresh the page triggers an error with the following message:
"Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

✔️ Expected Behavior

After a normal refresh, the system continues to function properly.

❌ Actual Behavior

The page displays the error message: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

There is a known issue in Dify version 0.15.3 related to a client-side exception error after a page refresh when the chat agent is embedded in a web page. This is due to the accidental removal of the getPrevChatList function, which results in a TypeError [1][2].

The issue has been addressed in pull request #13383, which reintroduces the missing function. However, the fix is not yet available in a new Docker image. To resolve this, you can either wait for the next version release that includes the fix or manually build from the latest source code that contains the fix [3].
