There is a known issue in Dify version 0.15.3 related to a missing getPrevChatList function, which causes a client-side exception error. This issue has been addressed in pull request #13383, but the fix is not yet available in a new Docker image. You will need to wait for the next version release that includes this fix or manually build from the latest source code that contains the fix [1][2].
