I found relevant information regarding the issue you're experiencing with the "Thought" process feature in Dify. The 'Thought' process interacts with the streaming API by wrapping thinking content with <think> tags in the message stream. The issue of displaying a processing time of 0.0 seconds occurs because the stream message of the old conversation doesn't persist when starting a new conversation. Instead, it displays messages from the JSON API. This behavior has been identified and fixed locally by a developer and will be included in the next version release [1].
