Steps to reproduce

Deploying Dify on an intranet (without access to the external network) results in an error when creating an intelligent agent: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

Upon further inspection of the console, the following message is displayed: "Cross-origin request blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://api.github.com/repos/langenius/dify. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed)."
