Steps to reproduce

I edited the name of a published AI application and then clicked the Update button in the Publish menu. I also saw that the name of this AI application has already changed in the Explore/Studio menu.

However, users who browse this AI application still see the original name, even if they refresh the AI application web page or close the browser and reopen the browser to browse the AI application web page.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I edited the name of a published AI application and then clicked the Update button in the Publish menu. I also saw that the name of this AI application has already changed in the Explore/Studio menu.

Users who browse this AI application will see the updated name.

❌ Actual Behavior
