Steps to reproduce

When uploading an image without adding any prompt, an error will be reported: "Query or prefix prompt is too long. You can reduce the prefix prompt, shrink the max token, or switch to an LLM with a larger token limit size." app type are agent，chat，model is deepseek8B，All parameters are default。
