Provide a description of requested docs changes

  1. The endpoint URL returns a 404 error.

  2. The Chinese "Upload Plugin" button redirects to an English documentation page.

  3. The "Upload Plugin" button on https://marketplace.dify.ai/ and its detail page leads to a 404 error.
