Steps to reproduce

After configuring the Tongyi model in version 0.15.3, Deepseek was not supported, so the Deepseek model was manually added.

However, after upgrading Dify to version 1.0.0, Deepseek is now natively supported. But the previously manually added model still exists and cannot be deleted.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I hope to delete the previously added model or get instructions on how to delete it.

❌ Actual Behavior

The deletion does not report any errors, but it has no effect.
