Steps to reproduce

When I use models like qwen max latest, such problems occur, even if I reduce Max_tokens it doesn't help.

[models] Server Unavailable Error, Failed to invoke model qwen-max-latest, status code: 400, message: <400> InternalError.Algo.InvalidParameter: Range of input length should be [1, 30720]

✔️ Expected Behavior

My token has not exceeded, so it should not cause an error.

❌ Actual Behavior

An error occurred, stating that the length exceeded.
