Steps to reproduce

1, update VECTOR_STORE to milvus in api/.env
2, update vector store related svc in docker/docker-compose.middleware.yaml
3, run "flask vdb-migrate"

class App in https://github.com/langgenius/dify/blob/c0358d8d0c600a4d97589235baa7ff4a7144b04d/api/models/model.py#L77 should extends db.Model instead of Base since query attr is provided by Flask-SQLAlchemy not SQLAlchemy

✔️ Expected Behavior

vector db migrate successfully

❌ Actual Behavior

AttributeError: type object 'App' has no attribute 'query'
