Steps to reproduce

My knowledge base comes from Notion. After embedding, I tested it hundreds of times in the recall interface and actual applications, and everything was normal. But I found that the recall times of all documents in my knowledge base are 0, whether in the 1.0 version of the official website or the local 0.15.3 version. What is the problem? How should I set it up?

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
