Steps to reproduce

1.Post the first issue and wait for the llm answer.
2. click regenerate button to make llm reanswer the first issue
3. Post the second issue
4. Click to switch to the first answer to the first question

✔️ Expected Behavior

The second issue or answer would be displayed.

❌ Actual Behavior

The second issue or answer disappeared.
