1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

Most of the time, the user's initial statement is inaccurate, difficult to find the content or difficult to classify, should add a pre-question LLM to answer the initial first few questions, so as to further explore the user's scenario and real needs.
The first few rounds of dialogue are used to record the original input and output and further input after LLM verification, and then classify the problem to the specific scenario. It is also possible to indicate existing parameters for the user to select
