Steps to reproduce

In the apps page, after I created the tag and used it, I removed the tag and the card description remained the same

✔️ Expected Behavior

In the app page, the app's label should be updated in real time, rather than refresh through the page

❌ Actual Behavior

In the apps page, in the label management of the application, modifying the label or deleting the reference label will not update the description on the card in real time, but after I refresh the page, it becomes the latest label

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
