Steps to reproduce

As shown in the figure, adding a model under the OpenAI-API-compatible model plugin with a context size of 128k can be submitted normally, but there will be an error when refreshing the model later.

✔️ Expected Behavior

If 128k is an incorrect format, the program should intercept it; Alternatively, it is preferable to support recognition and conversion to the int type.
Also, may I ask which table in pgSQL the inserted data is stored in, and how can it be cleaned or corrected?
