Dify version

1.0.0

Cloud or Self Hosted

Self Hosted (Docker)

Steps to reproduce

After updating to 1.0.0, the original knowledge base cannot upload new files. It shows local documents, but it was previously set to upload to Tencent Cloud COS object storage, and there are no issues with the environment variable .env, and it was migrated according to the tutorial during the upgrade.
