Dify version

0.15.3

Cloud or Self Hosted

Self Hosted (Docker)

Steps to reproduce

1、Create a workflow with a template transformation node that just takes sys.app_id, sys.workflow_id as output。
2、Publish this workflow as a tool。
3、Create an agent, add the previous workflow tool, and publish. Then copy it to generate a second agent. So both agents use the same tool。
4、Run the two agents separately and observe the output
5、Found that the output app_id the same, but workflow_id different

✔️ Expected Behavior

output different app_id but same workflow_id

Actual Behavior

Found that the output app_id the same, but workflow_id different
