Steps to reproduce

I've encountered a bug when using custom tools. I added a custom tool, and it was functional when first introduced into the agent's tool list. However, after saving the settings and refreshing the page, an alert stating "工具已被移除" appeared, and the tool became unavailable.
Here are some screenshots to illustrate the issue:

This problem affects the normal use of custom tools in the system, and it would be great if the relevant technical team could look into it and fix it. Thank you.
