As the screenshot shows, the app servers runs ok but the bulit conversation app reports error :"500|App is unavailable" .
Why is this happening and how to fix it?

是由于配置的ai agent或是助手(就是app_id对应的那个)如果配置了prompt的变量，就会出理这个错误了，没配就可以正常

原来如此，我测试发现也是500，按你说的换一个没有配置变量的应用就正常了，那这是个问题啊，怎么解决？
