99cf8bb62c linux: initramfs: use initramfs config file(s) and directory structure 
Cpio file is generated as part of the kernel build process. No need
to force fakeroot cpio build any more.

f4605de83a Generic: don't use initramfs compression 
Kernel image is already compressed with bzip2,
there is no point in having compressed initramfs
inside a compressed image.

Initramfs compression is discouraged:

Change maximum number of ports from 4 to 32, allow more than 4
