(ALSA QSA) Now infers fragment size from audio hardware - max fragment sizes

of 1 and 2 gave continuous 'sample got stuck somewhere' errors -
bumping it up to 8 seems to get rid of it but can still produce
the odd audio crackle every minute or so.
