From be0fd55c2eb0182c97cf52e827659e09e084ab71 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: LibretroAdmin Date: Wed, 9 Sep 2026 01:21:45 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] uwp: provide win32_dwm_last_vblank_time() wgl_ctx.c and w_vk_ctx.c report the last present time through win32_dwm_last_vblank_time(), which lives in win32_common.c, and that file is not part of the UWP build.
