Fast-forwarding is allowed even in hardcore mode.

Allow compositor disabling on X11 fullscreen through _NET_WM_BYPASS_COMPOSITOR.

Note: KWin doesn't bypass compositor on override-redirect windows, so enabling windowed fullscreen is necessary.
