LibretroAdmin 440a43081e Switch: libnx is the only Switch build ...

Makefile.switch and every libtransistor path go: the Switch frontend,
input, joypad and audio drivers are libnx code only, the libtransistor
includes and timer/memory branches leave features_cpu.c and
mem_stats.c, the Switch video driver loses its disabled libtransistor
swizzling blit, and the frontend driver list has frontend_ctx_switch
once. Makefile.common's Switch target builds the libnx objects
unconditionally.

What the libnx build compiles is unchanged, as is every other platform:
resolving SWITCH, __SWITCH__ and HAVE_LIBNX in each touched file, as
defined and as undefined, leaves only dead or equivalent differences.
