libretroadmin 6868062dc3 exynos: apply a core's rotation, mirror overlay images
The G2D calls libdrm offers cannot rotate, so a core's rotation is now
applied by the CPU as the frame is copied into a GEM buffer of its own,
and the turned frame is placed at its turned size. Views are drawn as
one frame while a rotation is set; the menu stays unturned, as in the
other drivers.

They cannot mirror either: an overlay image whose quad runs opposite
to its texels is written mirrored into its buffer when that changes,
and drawn from there. exynos_g2d_test checks all three turns and the
mirrored quads.
