* Lakka: Show Install Update on reboot entry, if update exists.

* Lakka: Switch: Add reboot2payload driver

* Lakka: no directory scan or stat behind the Reboot entry's value

The menu asks for an entry's value every frame. Whether an update is
staged is looked up when the main menu is built and before a reboot,
and whether the kernel has pmc_r2p once. The kernel command line is
read whole: Hekate's pmc_r2p.* values come at its end.
