LibretroAdmin d15cddd58c slang: the compiled stage is one refcounted blob ...

A stage's words and the compiler's reflection tables travel as one
slang_blob from the compile or the cache hit through slang_process()
into the vulkan and glcore chains, which hold references instead of
copying words. slang_reflect_pass() builds the chain's reflection from
the tables when both stages carry them, with the checks the
SPIRV-Cross path makes, and asks Cross only for a glslang stage or one
the frame-rectangle pass rewrote; a pass whose text and tables both
came from rslc never opens a Cross context. The blob format gains the
descriptor set on blocks and samplers (version 3). slang_rect returns
rewritten stages instead of freeing its inputs. samples/gfx/
slang_blob_reflect holds the table-built reflection against the
Cross-built one over every corpus pass: 1631 passes, 0 mismatches.
