LibretroAdmin 374082a2a7 crt_switch: "EDID" mode, the display's own range limits as the preset
CRT SwitchRes gains a fifth mode, EDID, next to 15 KHz / 31 KHz /
31 KHz 120 Hz / INI. It hands the modeline engine an "edid" monitor
preset whose ranges come from the range limits descriptor of the
display in use, read through the display server's get_edid once the
server is bound at engine init. switchres.ini can ask for the same
with "monitor edid".

modeline_edid_fill_ranges() splits the EDID's horizontal band at the
15 / 25 / 31 kHz arcade boundaries and gives each piece the blanking
of the matching arcade preset, with VESA GTF blanking above 40 kHz
sized for the tallest picture the top rate scans; the vertical band
is the EDID's, clamped to the engine's 40-200 Hz. The descriptor
holds whole kHz and Hz rounded by the maker, so each maximum extends
to the next whole unit: a 15.734 kHz set that says 15-15 still admits
15.734. A block without a usable descriptor, or none the server could
read, falls back to generic_15 with a warning rather than a dead
preset.

The gen keeps the raw block so the preset can be re-applied from the
engine alone, which keeps the gold harness and the engine free of the
display server. The parse sample covers a 15 kHz consumer set, a
tri-sync chassis, a VGA multisync, the clamps, the cap and a
range-less block.

The setting's maximum moves to CRT_SWITCH_EDID; the settings table
records name, type and flags, so tools/settings_table.reference is
unchanged by this.
