Hedonium 77fb078bc0 Update mkdocs.yml. Move neko_project_ii.md

Remove Neko Project II from mkdocs.yml and move the doc to legacy directory.

Kai is the better core so the regular one doesn't need a doc.

Libretro Documentation

This is the source for the libretro documentation, powered by MkDocs.

Building

Make sure you have Python and pip installed
```
python --version
pip --version
```
Install MkDocs
```
pip install mkdocs
```
Install MkDocs-Material
```
pip install mkdocs-material
```
Install PyMdown Extensions
```
pip install pymdown-extensions
```
Build the site
```
mkdocs build
```
The documentation will be built to the site directory
