Kevin Shanahan 8207cfd5db build: replace the old dxsdk files with headers from the Wine project ...

Remove the old dxsdk directory which had been included with the original
source distribution from id and replace with LGPL licensed headers from
the Wine project (http://www.winehq.org).

The binary libs were not actually needed, we link against the include libs
with mingw instead.
