RetroArch's run-ahead tells the core, through GET_AUDIO_VIDEO_ENABLE,
that the frames it keeps are not shown - only the frames it runs ahead
are - and the core does not draw a render to the screen that is not
shown (rend_skip_screen()). Nothing checked that a frame not drawn
leaves the machine as a frame drawn does, which is what makes run-ahead
exact: "ahead" ran every frame as a shown one.
Two more runs, in the default set:
hidden plain's, every frame not shown (fast-forward's frameskip)
raahead ahead's, the frames kept not shown and the frames run ahead
shown, as RetroArch has them
Both leave the pictures out (a frame not shown has none). DET_HIDE
("all", "ahead") says it to detcheck.
Virtua Fighter 4, which draws each frame again into a texture in the
next, is the same in both, 100 frames from vf4.state.
