LibretroAdmin 4d9402dd6e Texture hashes through libretro-common's xxh64 ...

TextureInfo hashes textures and palettes with libretro-common's
xxh64(), the same value XXH64() gives, so dumped and custom texture
names stay as they are. The pipeline hash helpers nothing calls are
gone, and with them Externals/xxhash.
