What to do, exactly:

1. Build:   cd tests/fpaudit/hwcap && make        (needs $PS2SDK)
2. Run on a real console with any homebrew loader:
              ps2client execee host:hwcap.elf (ps2link)
or copy hwcap.elf to USB and launch via uLaunchELF.
3. Copy every line starting with [HW] (ps2link echoes printf to the
host; via uLE, photograph the screen -- the lines are short).
4. Paste those lines back to me verbatim. That is the entire task.

Caveats I could not verify without silicon, marked in main.c:
- Test 3's VU1 kick (CMSAR1 ctc2) and the register-file window are
the standard direct method but loaders differ in leaving VU1 in a
kickable state; if T3 hangs or reads zeros, tell me which loader
you used and I will re-cut it through the VIF path instead. T1
and T2 have no such dependency -- if only those two come back,
that already settles the CFC1 and fused-MADD questions.
- The WAITP/MFP encodings in main.c are from my tables; your
assembler view of them is authoritative -- if the build's
disassembly disagrees, trust the manual and adjust, or send me
the complaint and I patch the constants.

If you have no console access at all: HARDWARE-CAPTURES.txt one
directory up is written to be handed to anyone in the community who
runs captures -- it needs no context from this repo.
