d2108a962e Switch from USING_GLES2 to MOBILE_DEVICE.
Still using USING_GLES2 for, well, GLES2.  But for things that are really
about mobile, we need a new define.  Devices are coming that don't use
GLES2.

c55578367f Add option "Small Display", useful for large tablets to avoid overlapping touch controls with the screen.
Will later replace with a multiselect of different sizes, or something more advanced
like multitouch drag & zoom of the screen to get it exactly where you want it.

73121082c5 Default off the texture cache options.
They cause noticeable glitches in a bunch of games.  The speed improvement
in some games is very good, but in quite a few it is small.

bdaa6f335f Linux 32-bit fix. We cannot allocate > 32MB for 32-bit mmap implementations which is causing issues getting SLIM to work. 735968ba9b Add a setting to maintain a global func hash map.
This makes it easier to deal with functions that have a common
implementation between multiple games, e.g. libc funcs.

Homebrew often has poor icons, making the names important.

Also fix an issue with touch button scaling.

8d928fcfc2 Enable fast-memory by default, change the name of the setting so it
resets for everyone.

The speed boost is just too big to keep it from users who don't try all
the settings.

fb7c3d96fd Introduce Timer Hack.
Has been used in previous Symbian releases to improve speed. Was thought to only work on Wipeout but actually works on most games?
Games that run based on internal timer will experience 60 VPS without frameskip.

b1b4679fe6 Scale touch controls to screen resolution.
Include a migration method for users who were on the old static system.
Scaling up may still look weird due to the hacky method of placement which is unchanged by this commit.
Next step of resolution independence would be to have the button scaling affected by resolution too.
Tested on a few devices. Mobile users should see no changes at all.

f73aec2570 Only disable buffered rendering by default on Galaxy Y instead of all
Armv6 devices.

Would have like to use gpu feature flags but GL isn't necessarily initialized
when we load the config. Will need to find a different solution.

Also a buildfix for headless non-windows.

bf59f3db73 Add ugly hack setting for PowerVR to disable alpha test
Causes glitches but the speedup is truly massive in some games so I relent :/

Please do not report graphics bugs when this is enabled...

Future: Maybe remove this setting except on PowerVR?

4c2c015774 Expose the experimental "bPrescaleUV" as "Texture Coord Speedhack"
It's actually quite beneficial in some games, can substantially reduce
glUniform4fv calls.

Also throw in a second shot at glDrawRangeElements.

Also fix a bug where in-game only menu items become enabled after selecting a language when we're in various NewUI menus.

2745744d99 Split the resolution setting into Window Size and Rendering Resolution (internal resolution).
Gets rid of our "antialiasing" (simply crank up internal resolution to 2x your window size).

Proper MSAA is coming later.

The load function can not load all recent games list if the Key is skeeped as:
FileName0 = ...
FileName2 = ...
...

In this case, only FileName0 is loaded.
Now the function is fixed and load all list.

73990bcc32 UI updates
Touch&hold now goes to game menu and single click goes directly to the game, so I removed bDirectLoad.

There's now a linear game list view for the game browser.

Assorted fixes.

80953ac56d Win32: Enable user to change emulated PSP nickname from the menu screens by popping a dialog box.
Win32: Enable user to bypass the in-game OSK by using the same dialog box. It doesn't support non-Roman characters yet.
