Henrik Rydgard 5bdb9e976b Track copies of framebuffers in ram created through sceDmacMemcpy, so that we can display them.
Fixes MotoGP while also, in effect, committing #3859.
Removes the horrifying ramDisplayFramebufferPtr hack.
