NEWS: Update references to the Munt MT32 emulator

Browse Source 
From the Munt project, we are only using mt32emu which follows
a different versioning theme than the Munt bundle itself. In order
to make things more precise, we should always refer to mt32emu or
libmt32emu when talking about the "Munt emulation".
